Winter is here and you need to make sure you have taking care of your plants outside.. I would recommend to look up the recommended trimming for what plant material you have in your yard.. Take for instant your roses.. What I do I cut them all the way back.. If you live in a area were it snows then you might want to put a garden bag or just an every day garbage bag on top of them to shield them from the freeze..
