Description -

A proven ancient Japanese variety with unique lacecap flowers on versatile compact plant. Deep green leaves accented with contrasting red petiole and midrib. Abundant flower heads with crown of florets emerging white, then darken to pink and finally a true blood red without a hint of blue. Startling array of hues on one plant as flowers age. Deciduous. Shade or filtered sun. Rapid growth to 4 feet tall and wide.
