Description -

A tidy form densely packed with vivid red bud spikes give this heather a perfect size and shape. Elongated clusters of buds occur during difficult fall months and extend well into winter. Dense growth and flowering creates an intense splasy of color. Dark green foliage as attractive all year around. Outstanding when massed with other Garden Girls series bud blooming heathers for variations in hue. Spot into very well drained banks and borders or rock gardens. Prefers poor unimproved acidic soils. A favorite fresh cut or dried for arrangements. Evergreen perennial. Full sun. Fast growth to 12 inches tall, 16 inches wide.
